New Zealand Health & Safety Reform
WorkSafe New Zealand is currently undergoing a significant Health & Safety reform in order to improve conditions and safety for all workers. One component of the reform is the increased Duty of Care responsibilities of employers, who are now known as “Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU)”.
