Updates to the Catalogue of National Diving Regulations (IMCA D 086)
First published by IMCA in March 2025, this document aims to assist IMCA Members in identifying their legislative duties related to offshore energy diving projects in various countries of the world. The document lists national regulations, codes of practice and guidelines relevant to offshore diving activities in the listed countries.
IMCA D089: Experienced Diver Competency Assessment (EDCA) of Surface Supplied and Closed Bell / Saturation Divers and Life Support Technicians
This document sets out the recommended practice for assessing the competency of experienced divers and life support technicians (LSTs) who lack IMCA-recognised in-water diving qualifications but have substantial offshore experience.
IMCA D022: Guidance for Diving Supervisors
The guidance covers safety protocols, equipment handling, and emergency procedures, and includes information on IMCA certification schemes for diving supervisors and life support technicians, as well as guidelines for assessing and assuring competence.
