The Dive Project Management course comprises core units of People, Safety and Risk management; Business, Projects and Estimating; and Management and Contracts to develop your knowledge and skills. Successful completion leads to a Diploma of Hyperbaric Operations (Projects and estimating) and/or the Diploma of Hyperbaric Operations (Management and contracts) with the option to complete one or both diplomas.
The course is self-paced with a face-to-face component to be held in Byron Bay, NSW, Australia from Monday the 27th of November to Friday the 8th of December.
