The December 2025 issue of The Regulator, published by NOPSEMA, contains two key updates for hyperbaric workers. The first is the release of updated Diving Guidelines, and the second brings focus to the importance of regulating psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
Coroners Court Recommendations
ADAS is aware of the Recommendations made by the Coroners Court of New South Wales to the ADAS Executive following the inquest into the 2015 death of Mark Leon Murphy. The ADAS Executive, along with the ADAS Board of Directors, are currently working through the Recommendations and Findings. ADAS will inform the Coroners Court of New South Wales of the outcomes of the deliberations, as well as any action taken in due course.
