As per the ADAS Complaints/Grievance Policy, which can be found in the Code of Practice, the relevant form (below) must be submitted if a complainant wishes ADAS to take action in response to a Non-academic or Academic complaint.
The forms below are to be used only after you have attempted to settle the grievance through formal discussion with the ADAS Accredited Training Establishment (ATE) involved.
Use this form if your complaint is related to a grievance that is not related to your academic results or training. This includes complaints that are related to interpersonal issues (eg: bullying, harassment, abuse etc) or ATE operations and administration, or any other issues which are considered non-academic.
Use this form if your complaint is related to an academic grievance such as practical and theoretic assessment results.
