Postal disruptions to the US: ADAS is working to continue providing services to ADAS license holders and customers in the US during the temporary suspension of some postal services to the US by Australia Post. Some items, such as logbooks, cannot be sent at this time. If you submit an order with a US postal address an ADAS Officer will contact you to discuss potential options.

To replace your ADAS card please complete the Card Replacement online request form below.
Replacement cards cost $36 + GST (Australian destinations only) + postage and handling.
NOTE: The form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The form can NOT be saved so please allow sufficient time and ensure that you have all your files to complete the process.
Form Checklist
Please ensure you have the following ready:
- An electronic copy of your passport or acceptable alternative
- A high resolution passport style colour photograph (taken within the last 12 months)
- Your preferred payment option (credit card, PayPal, cheque, EFT transfer).
